You need to complete two courses before we can schedule your guaranteed interview.

Complete one industry course (Construction, Customer Service, or Healthcare)
3. I don't have my own computer. Where can I watch course videos?
If you need computer access to complete your CareerLIFT courses, you can visit the Rapid City Public Library at 610 Quincy Street.
To use a computer without a library card: You can use a Rapid Access computer for up to 30 minutes per day.
To use a computer with a provisional account at the library: If you have a photo ID, you can register for a provisional account at the library for computer access up to 90 minutes per day.
To use free Wi-Fi with your own cell phone: Public Wi-Fi is available inside the library during regular hours and can also be accessed near the building outside daily from 7:00am - 9:00pm. No password is required. Connect to: CityOfRapidCity-Guest.
The Rapid City Public Library is open:
- Monday - Thursday | 9:00am - 7:00pm
